Different Types of Bird Control Systems:

There are three main different bird control system; Netting, wire systems and spike systems. All of these can be used collectively or individually, in order to control the type of problem. We also install these systems based on the personal preferences of our clients, with a combination of one, two or all three systems we are able to effectively control the problem.

Netting Systems:

These are used to cover and protect large areas, both internally and externally on roofs. Netting systems can also be used to cover machinery and other installations which are permanently situated outdoors. These are generally regarded as the best deterrent for bird control. The nets are available in different sized mesh, depending on the type of bird which is causing the problem. We can also provide different coloured nets, in order to blend in with the colours of the surroundings.

Wire Systems:

These systems are very useful and effective. They are generally used on window and balcony ledges. They are installed by securing small metal posts into ledges or window frames and running a wire from one post to another. We also attach springs onto the metal posts, to create a bouncy unstable footing, so birds do not feel secure on the wire and therefore move to another location.

Spike Systems:

These systems provide a very quick and effective way of controlling bird problems. These systems are available in metal or hardened plastic. They can be installed by fixing with glue, screws or nuts and bolts. Generally speaking they are installed on window/balcony ledges, tops of fences, lamp posts and CCTV cameras.
